9th Mar

A 90 minute sewatch this morning produced a few flocks of Brent Geese, 15 Pintails and a Great Skua passing east. The two Iceland Gulls and a second-winter Yellow-legged Gull were feeding at the Patch.

Still very few migrants on the ground with just a Snipe, 24 Redwings and a Tree Sparrow of note whilst a trickle of birds passing overhead included a few Chaffinches and two Siskins.
