| There is accommodation for up to ten people at the Observatory, which has central heating, is double glazed and has a fully equipped kitchen. Visitors should bring their own food and also their own sleeping bag (or sheets) and pillowcases and their own washing gear. |

It currently costs £7 per night to stay at the Observatory, or £5 for Friends and members of Kent Ornithological Society and London Natural History Society.
